GREAT, GREAT SERVICE!!

I am extremely please with the service received from [URL Removed] from Friday night (11/01/2013) until Saturday (12/01/2013).

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item (Extremely simple ordering and payment process i must add!) and didnt realise until an hour or so later.

Once i had realized this i sent an email to [Email Removed] (CLEARLY stated at the top of the page - Once again - WHAT A PLEASURE!) and stated in an email that i had ordered the wrong item and would like to have the item changed before shipping.

Before i could even call the Call Centre on Saturday morning i had gotten i reply from [Email Removed] to confirm that my money had been refunded due to the fact that they were no allowed to change the item.

This made me happy but weary as usual of companies that say they have refunded you.

To my UTMOST amazement i had been refunded in FULL when checking out with the correct item this time.

ALL IN ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND [URL Removed] to ANYONE and EVERYONE with technology requirements!

The price is the best i could find for the product i was looking for and the quality of service just compliments that.

I will most definitely be using [URL Removed] ALOT more ofter now
