Unapproved Credit Card Usage

5 months ago my finance I purchased a homemark product, Since then they have been CONSTANTLY phoning with marketing. On 1 occasion a gentleman promoted a few products to which I responded that I was not interested. He then asked to confirm the address of the previous delivery & I confirmed yes. An hour or so later an amount of R3700 was charged to my finances credit card. I contacted Homemark & they said they will have to listen to the recording to determine if the purchase was confirmed. After 5 days with no response my finance tried to get hold of them (extremely challenging to get hold of homemark) eventually she did to which they replied that I did confirm the purchase. I know FACT I did not. I then completed the Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Rescission of Agreement Addendum & mailed it to Homemark in an effort to get my finances money back. 10 days thereafter the package was delivered to her address which she returned unopened. After numerous attempts to get hold of Homemark she managed to get hold of Gladys who promised once again numerous times to reply with feedback (never happened). 50 days after the money was withdrawn it was returned. NIGHTMARE!!!
