After my previous complaint I received numerous calls but no one seems to be willing or able to help. Every time I request that a Manager or someone that can actually do something must call me to resolve my issue. Eventually a lady named Marina Billings, that is what she said, contacted me and promised to refund me. She said she just need a day to check if the item indeed was returned. this was on the 14th of March 2013. Until now I did not get any calls or feedback or refunds. All of them are a bunch of liars. I wish Hellopeter will advertise on TV so that all can be warned about this service.
