My name is Patricia Mbila, my husband bought the shoes for me at Preview Suncity on the 16th Dec 2012 and didn't fit me well, i decided to return the shoe with the hope of getting something else, when i get there there was nothing of the amount i bought for, all expensive, they told me that they do not give a cash refund, they gv voucher that last for a year, last month i went to sandton the lady phoned arround to try and get me size 42 with no luck, on the 07th i phoned the H/O N i was hekped by Ntla, she helped me and phoned me back and say she has orded the shoes for me but it will take longer, i asked how long she said 5 days and if i didn, t get the call from Sandton i must phone, tdy i decided to phone this morn at 9am, i eplained that i, m still waiting for a shoe that was ordered for me n i didn't remember or spell d name clearly bt i said i was helped by LSHA/ISHA she hear i was referring to her, she took my number and said wil phone me back she want to know who helped me, i phone at 14:30 and tell her dat i, m still waiting for her call, she was rude to me telling dat she didn't give a time frame wen she will phone, iasked her is it hw she treats black customers.
