After waiting for 4 weeks I demanded for the shoe to be there Friday (04.10.2013). I arrived Saturday (06.10.2013) to collect the shoe - JUST TO SEE THAT IT IS THE WRONG SHOE!!! I waited for an hour in the shop as the Manager (Dineo) tried to assist me, I then advised that I cannot wait any longer. She advised that they will phone me on Monday to advise what H/O says. I did receive a phone call from Thandiwe yesterday after 16:00 advising me that they are still waiting to hear if Head Office can get the shoe from their supplier. I said to her that is is unacceptable. as I don't understand how can it take so long as it just a matter of phoning the supplier. She phoned back a few minutes later advising that the supplier no longer have the shoe. I then spoke to her manager Chris who advised that the owner will send me pictures today of similar shoes. I have not received anything!! Thandiwe phoned again just now asking I must go in to the shop as they have an alternative shoe - I refuse to spend any more time phoning and travelling to Solo for NOTHING!
POINT IS SOLO SHOES DISAPPOINTED ME AND I WILL NOT SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN AND THANKS TO SOLO I AM WITHOUT WEDDING SHOES!!!
