I brought new shoes at Simply shoes in Benoni. I gave them a size 6 they go back to the storage room to get the shoes. They don't show you the shoes is correct and make sure its new. No they tug them in the box and you pay. I'm staying in Springs so went home and fitted the shoes and realised the one shoe size 6 and the other a size 8 and the shoes looks like has been worn. Phoned them the next day and inform that i can return them but what about my petrol driving all the way to them, who will pay for that and who will take responsibility for there mistake why don't the do the effort to show the clients that the shoes is correct. Then i tried to phone the number for complaints on the slip but the is unavailable. That's ever worst that the answer I've received. Who will reimburse my effort for taking back the one shoe just to get the right shoe to wear them???
