One customer you WILL lose

My mother has had her Edgars card for approx 40 years now. Never had a bad credit history with them, or any other retailer. On 7 March she attempted to pay her acc at CNA but was told that this acc has been paid up and closed. As far as we are able to establish, they had consolidated her Edgars and Jet accounts. Not only is she now unlawfully being charged double in terms of funeral policies etc, but nobody seems to know what is going on on her acc! She has been trying for a week to get a statement telephonically - no luck. Every acc they send her, is different. She cant pay anywhere, nobody will accept her money. She has received no account, due to the postal strike. Today she receives an sms informing her that her acc will now be listed as a bad payer!? Since nobody is competent enough to assist her, I demand a manager give her a call to sort this out. I'd like to now the balance so that I can close this and any other Edcon accounts she might have. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. For your sake I hope you can reverse listing her as a bad payer...
