On 13 March I logged a complaint on Hello Peter. After being contacted by a completely incompetent call centre agent, I then replied with my negative feedback. Yesterday, I was contacted again, where I once again explained that this is a query on my husbands account, on which I am a dual card holder. The agent promised to call me right back, but this has not happened. To make matters worse, I cannot access my husbands statement on the Edgars website, as it says there are no online statements linked to your online account profile. What next??? I have always accessed my online statements to determine the monthly installments. This is really shabby treatment of a customer who has been loyal for more than 15 years!!!
