I bought 2 pairs of shoes at Aldo Fourways. I wore them 1 morning to work and they were too tired and extremely uncomfortable. I was barefoot the entire day at the office and that evening when I got home I put them in the box and planning to return or exchange them, as I could not wear them going forward. On the 15th of March I went to Aldo Clearwater and they refused to assist me and sent to Fourways as I didn't have a receipt. Today on the 19th of March I sent my husband to fourways to ask a refund. They also refused saying that I have worn the shoes. My problem is that the ahoes I too tired not because they are not my right size but because of the shape of the shoe. Iam just struggling to understand what they expect me to do with the shoe, as I cannot buy shoes and put them inmy closet that is a sserious waste of money. I cannot afford to waiste money like that and feel that I been treated unfairly. Please help
