I would like to not only thank the staff in general who work at Tekkie Town (Maynard Mall) who all seem to have an overall "helpful attitude" but would like to thank Ferdi in the Goerge branch for going the extra 3 miles. I called in about 2 weeks ago in desperate need of a size 12 Grasshopper shoe. (had exhausted all other options and stores who were prepared to take my order but could not gaurantee or had no idea when stock would be available. Briefly, Ferdi took my order, negotiated directly with a supplier to have 2 pairs made up especially for me. He communicated with them and myself, daily. He then went to collect it himself to transport down to the Maynard Mall branch so that there were no further transport costs involved. Ferdi, your service was excellent, to say the least! I can find 10 places to complain about but very few shops and staff stand out in this manner lately. Well done to you and the remainder of the helpful staff at Tekkie Town. Thank You!
