I have purchased shoes for my entire family at Tekkie Town for the longest time and last week I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband only for him not to like it. I sent the shoes back to the shop with a family member asking that she return it and get my money back until my husband can find a pair of shoes that he likes. I was later informed that Tekkie Town do not refund your money but they are willing to give me a voucher card. There is absolutely NO NOTIFICATION OF THIS IN STORE INFORMING THE CLIENT OF THEIR "POLICY" NOR DO ANY OF THE STAFF MENTION THIS TO THE CUSTOMERS WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THE STORE! (could it be that they are scared that they may loose a sale for this ridiculous policy!!!) so now I want to cancel the lay-bye I have with them because of this but what must I do with another voucher if I'm not interested in being a client any longer? I have read a list of complaints about the same issue but yet today still no changes have been made... DISGUSTED
