I bought tekkies yesterday morning at the Tekkie Town branch in Centurion Mall. I found more appropriate tekkies at another store, and therefore returned the tekkies bought at Tekkie Town. At first I had to explain to numerous staff why I want to return the tekkies - I then bought it the morning?! Yes, and if I find more suitable tekkies, am I not allowed to return the tekkies? Is that part of Tekkie Town's return policy, that you may not return stock the same day you bought it? I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for a cash refund, which never realized as they waited for a authorization number. I took the tekkies, as it is insane to wait so long for a refund. Now I must make another trip to the mall to return the stock. Do you feel this is customer service and fair treatment?
