I purchased a Western Digital Hard Drive in December and it was giving me problems for the past 3 days so i took it back, the staff member at "technical support" was helpful and he said i wasn't the first to brink that model back. Then when i got to the front the manager handled my problem. He had a real bad attitude. I wanted a refund because i was not willing to buy Incredible Corruption products anymore. So he gave me a hard time about it so i said according to the consumer protection act they needed to give me cash if i wanted it so he finally gave me the cash. I asked what happens to all my data on the hard drive so he said i must pay R1850 to recover my data which i think is highly unfair and ridiculous because its the problem of the product why should i pay if it wasn't my fault and that amount is equivalent to a new HDD . Its not my fault that Incredible Corruption sells products. I regret spending tens of thousands of Rands in the past with Incredible Corruption. I will never buy another product from them again.
