Incompetent accounts department

I am writing this on behalf of my domestic worker. She has an account with Morkels and bought a Matress and a DSTV decoder on the 14th April 2012. On the invoice it states Principle Debt to be financed R6134.70. Two weeks later on 28 April 2012 she paid an amount of R6135.42. After settling this amount she continued and continues to receive sms's and letters stating she is arrears on her account. She has been into the store to try and sort this out and to call the store and has had no joy! How is it possible for this to be continuing after almost a year of settling her account! Can someone please get back to me as a matter of urgency!!
