I am a regular customer at Woolworths and one of the Sales Ladies in Cape town assisted me by looking for a blouse at another branch so while waiting for her your staff sales lady (black) was swearing a coloured lady infront of the customers which I feel was so unprofessional. I am also in a Sales enviroment but our company a policies and procedures in place however I am a Christiaan and did not think this was good fior the store because this young lady did not even apologise to the customers she just went on and said its almost time for me to knock off. I am DISGUSTED in the staffs behaviour at woolworths Canalwalk. She was by the womens clothing till on the 16/03/2013. I will go further with this because its really not good for the customers and children in your stores. This happened round about 6 to 7 in the evening.
