Ackermans - Bad attitude

I've recently been into the Ackermans store in Golden Acre a few times this past week, and was truly disgusted by some of the staffs attitude. The first time was ok, but again in the same week. this particular lady tends to answer customers with an exasperated sigh and the rolling of her eyes. I admit that its not all staff, the older staff tend to be much friendlier, however, the younger ladies look and assist you like they don't want to be there at all. Also, some of the ladies on the till can be a bit more cheerful as well. I've come across ladies who look like their blood is being drained with every customer they serving. I work in customer service, and know what good service is all about, and for one, will never, ever assist customers in the manner that I have experienced with this store. Also, they will not emphasize on certain policies like lay-byes when asked on the floor, only to tell me yes, I can do one thing, and when I get to the till (after standing in a queue), to be told something else. This has happened twice.

I normally don't complain and normally take bad service on the chin. But this experience was truly unacceptable.
