We received a pair of shoes as a gift for our baby from a friend. But unfortunately the shoes were too small and I wanted to exchange it - with the tags still on the shoes. After waiting 20 minutes for the manager to arrive, Bertha told me the shoes are out of season and not on their system any longer. Unfortunately they could not assist me in any way. I only received this gift about 3 weeks ago and feel it is not my fault the shoes are 'out of season' for them. They didn't even try to assist me in this matter, all they could say was 'Sorry'!?! Is this what you call "Customer Service"?
