I bought a pair of shoes at Truwoths Kerk Street central Johannesburg in June both shoes soles is broken in half keeping in mind this shoes was not worn everyday of the week or for the whole season the staff says that they cannot do anything about it bcause it is not in the policy to return anything that is torn or broken. why is trruworths different than woolworths who exchange goods and yet the prices is sky high. some stores have a retun policy for up too six months
