On saturday 16/03/2013 i went to my local howick spar to do my weekly shopping. My 2 year old son has a very bad bout of the floor and did not want to leave his bottle of orange juice in the car. So i took it in with me as i have never ever had problems at our other local shops. All they do is put a sticker on it and ask me to keep the slip for it. So i went to the guard and showed him the juice he was extremely rude and told me that my child will not drink his juice and must seal it in a packet. Naturally he started crying as he was not well and wouldnt allow me to do this. i demanded to see his manager he would not estcourt me to his manager as he "can not move from his spot". so needless to say i was rather irratated by now and went in to do my shopping. I was barely in the shop when another guard who had obviously been informed about us rather rudely escourted us out the shop to the manager and would not even listen to my side of the story. I told his manger how upset i was as i felt like a common!!! The maager didnt even reprimand him or demand an apology he just let him go and just half heartedly said "sorry"!! I just feel so humiliated now & feel i deserve an apology
