In general the service received from MOST American Swiss branches are terribly rude and arrogant. Why bother working in a store if you don't feel that customer service is important.

The way you instructed me to look at the bottom of the repair receipt for the due date was awful...
I used to work in Menlyn at a Jewellery store and trust me, I would never have such a tone of voice with clients.
Don't work with people if you don't like being polite.
And American Swiss, you need to seriously reconsider the customer training your employees receive.
