I once again have a complaint about the quality of goods from Furniture City.
I have now received the 3rd couch from you guys and the quality of materials use is terrible. The threads are unravelling and the couch has a worn look to it, and that after just 2 months.
I DO NOT want it to be exchanged yet again, the last exchange took over 4/5 months due to the store/warehouse not attending to the exchange and reserving a couch.
I want this couch returned.
This was alot of money to be spent on a couch that lasts not even a month.
I am going to be repoting this matter further if not dealt with immediately as I am aware of the slow response time Furniture City has.
