My boyfriend bought a packet of ice at your store on Friday afternoon. He was staying at a beachfront hotel and poured the ice into the bathroom basin, in which we kept our drinks cold. At the end of the evening, after the ice had melted, there was a large amount of what appeared to be black dust or soot left behind in the basin. We had put some of the ice cubes into our drinks and were disgusted that this is what we had consumed. You are urged to please take this up with your ice supplier.
