On sunday afternoon we went for drinks at sunset bay spur in gordon's bay. we sat outside (table 100) because the kids wanted to play on the beach. we waited a of a long time for first drinks. we were planning on staying a while. but our waitor (who knows his name) served us a coke and 3 beers and he was gone. we waited and waited and waited some more but he was no where to be seen. after some time (just before i turned into a camel) i went to order my own drinks at one of the managers. another waitor came with the drinks. i asked him why there was chaos or if they were short of staff. he answerd that they were not short of staff but gave some lame excuse why they were spinning. we then finished our drinks and left because i did'nt feel like getting up to order my own drinks all the time. i went inside to go pay my bill. the lady who helped me the explaint to me that the day waitors left and the tables were left just as it was. realy??? how do you sign off your waitors without transfering there tables over to another waitor??? does any of the managers there have any idee of how to run a restaurant??? do they know anything about customer service???
