I walked into Southern sun Bloemfontein, to use their bathroom facilities where one of their staff members was using the bathroom with the bathroom stall wide open. Does not even apologize just slams the door!!! The basins were dirty with towels littered across the basin
I went to reception to complain about the situation but was told abruptly by Geluk (staff member) that the hotel staff are allowed to use the the hotel facilities at their will.
