Hi went to Tile africa in ptn to choose a new bathroom set and tiles. Like kerry12 above, most of the tiles i wanted were discontinued.
I dealt with donovan regarding my bath, basin and toilet. We had decided on a set from varios Macniel ranges, all of which were on display. Then to be told that the bath was discontinued. The next one we chose form the catalogue, surprise surprise, was also discontinued. We eventually bought a bath from CTM.
Onto the basin and toilet. Neither were in stock and there was only one of each at Umhlanga which they said they would bring to Ptn for me by Friday (I was instore on Sat). All of the towelrails, mixers etc also had to be brought from Umhlanga. Had ordered the Martinique basin and I was to collect everything on the Friday. On Fri, I went to collect only to see them loading a Monaco Basin. Donovan tells me that there was no stock and he decided to invoice the monaco which was "Exactly the same style" even though one is half round and the other rectangular and not even bother to communicate this to me, just load up and send me on my way!
