I had gone today to exchange a pants that my wife had bought for me. It still had its tags and wasnt used. The cost of the Pants was R399 and i am then told due to me not having the reciept i can only have an exchange for half that price. I called the Manager and she insists that this is how things are done. I asked her to show me where is the exchange policy is hung up for people to see and she couldnt. This is a total rip off. This is the first i have ever heard of such a scheme to make money. Are you tell me that the reciept that i didnt have costs R199. I have left the pants with the Manager so she can sell it at R399 and be able to make a profit for Edgars instead of giving customers ridiculous policies. You guys at Edgars need to wake up. I cannot buy items from such schemers.
