Went to Fiona's today to exchange a pattern which they gave me the wrong size and agreed to exchange when I phoned. Upon arrival the "manager/owner" not sure who the RUDE person was bluntly said no he is not going to exchange it as they are apparently not allowed to and he does not care that one of his staff members said they will exchange it - after giving me the wrong one (tey take the goods to the till and pack it, don't trust their customers to take their own goods to the tills). Bluntly ignored me and carried on shouting rude remarks to his staff. I turned around and said I will not support them in future, he laughed and said that is fine!!! I urged all potential customers to not support Fiona's!!! they do not deserve our money as they clearly have no idea of customer service.
