On monday i called and requested that they charge r2500 and send it as gif voucher to my mother in PE. I was assured that this is done and the voucher will be delivered by thursday or friday this week. I called again on friday as the card was still not delivered and another agent confirmed to me that the courier company had the card and would deliver by that afternoon! This morning when i called i was told that no charge was made in my account so there was no voucher order placed! This is unacceptable and highly annoying! Whats worse is now my mother didnt get her birthday present because someone didnt do their job! I want answers
