I made an EFT payment on the 4 December 2012 with REF GRPZARD12292 and emailed three times
and still dont have my voucher. The voucher was meant for a birthday present on the 22 December 2012.
Now i had to buy another birthday present because i didnt receive the voucher.
The only response i got from Groupon is that my query is being scrutinized (ref 621832).
All im asking is my money back please.
