Please pass this on to your fellow employees and Brand ambassadors, Glorene Dyssel and Melissa Petersen - as well as their Managers.
I have been meaning to write this letter for over a week now and finally I have found the time to do so.
You would agree that offerings by most retail industries are by enlarge very similar but the type of service offered is one of the only determining factors, when consumers have to make a choice.
Glorene and Melissa must be the most friendliest, most helpful, understanding and customer aware employees I have yet come across in any industry - and I travel a lot, locally and internationally. The service offered was unbelievable! and I've never been so impressed to finally make time to write a week later.
When it comes to Great Business ethics, Outstanding brand ambassadors, persistent helpfulness, professional conduct and etiquette - In the service industry as a whole dealing with the consumer - there are very few people that have left me wanting to specifically write in and commend on their overall Awesomeness. These two are the complete package! I hope that these two ladies receive the acknowledgment for their excellent effort and legendary service
