It was last year when I got a call from Michelle who took the time to explain certain procedures and also listen to my questions and actually hear them when wanting to rejoin. Last week I actually joined and again she was no different to last year. I hope Discovery realises that people such as Michelle are invaluable and are recognised by been such good ambassadors for the company.
