I just wanted to voice my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Johan Botha at the Rosebank Motomia. I've been in the market for a scooter for some time, and having checked out BigBoy and Jonway, I decided to check out Motomia as a third option.
I'm so glad I did. The service I got from Johan was excellent, he was knowledgable, the products offered excellent value and he was more than happy to answer my seemingly endless list of questions. I did a bit more research and decided on a Java, which I went in today to organise purchasing. Johan was once again very professional, friendly and knowledgable, and I'll be buying my Java next week.
I've had a look at the other compliments and complaints for Motomia, Jonway and BigBoy and I'm feeling really good about my decision. Motomia's products and services not only look the best on paper, but the store staff are the most professional and helpful.
To the Motomia management - people like Johan are superstars and ambassadors for your brand. I'm looking forward to a really great scooter experience, and feel like I'm in good hands.
