WORST ATTITUDE

I went to Centurion Hi-Fi Corporation the other day, I was in a rush and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I got there, firstly there was no person available to take the item I wanted to buy off the rack (security locked), I had to walk around the whole shop to find a shop assistant (some were chatting, others walking around, busy on their cellphones). Eventually I asked the security guard to call someone to help me. After much irritation I got to the till, the woman behind the counter took her sweet time. On the way to leave I had to present my item and slip at the door, the guard frowned at the slip, shouted across the room in another language, and the assistant just took my item and walked away to the till? No explanation, no apology for making me late, nothing. I had to chase him and the till woman and ASK what the issue was, they stared at me blankly and said they are doing a refund/exchange. Once again, NO explanation as to why, not even an APOLOGY. From the moment I walked on there I received the worst possible 'service', it was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I will never go in there again, and advise all friends and family to stay away as well.
