I phoned and requested a specific product, Reebok Nano2 crossfit shoes, from the sales person at the Eastgate store, after phoning several other stores. The sales person told me that there is size 9, 10 and 11 in stock, I asked her to confirm that they are Reebok Nano 2 which she did. So I drove from Ruimsig on the Westrand to Eastgate during my lunch hour to get told that there is no stock. This is unexpectable customer service, I would appreciate it someone for Totalsports can source these shoes for me as this was a complete waste of my time and money today.
