I purchased a pair of Reebok Realflex trainers in Dec 2012. I had no problems with them and was really impressed with them. At the beginning of Oct 2013 the inside of the shoe, at the back by the heel began to wear away. The wear was so bad that I got terrible blisters that began to bleed 2km into my run. So needless to say I cannot wear them any longer. Reebok head office asked that I post the shoes to them. Since I stay in JHB and did not want to go through the cost of posting my shoes to CT for inspection, there are no places in JHB to have them inspected. They agreed I could send them pictures. The response
"Judging from the pictures these shoes has been through normal wear and tear and the fact that they are almost a year old now as well is not helping.
The second comment is that it is very noticeable from the picture that when the shoes gets put on or taken off the laces are not being undone and this causes massive scuffing on the lining.
We are not able to replace these for you as it is not a manufacturing fault.
