I ordered a pair of shoes from the Totalsports Menlyn branch in Pretoria on the 20th of August 2013. After a week of waiting I started to call in everyday to find out about the shoes because I had not gotten feedback from where the shoes were ordered from. I called in on the 29th and was told, yes the shoes have arrived on the 28th... no call was received. I went in on the 29th to pick up the shoes only to be told that the sales person that had ordered them cant be reached and they cant find the shoes due to the sales person hiding them so they wont be sold! Its now the 30th and have not received any feedback. It seems that nowadays incompetent people are given jobs, were does the service come from if such people are given the jobs and secondly every useless sales person will pass the buck to save their own behinds.
Im really disapointed because Ive had a few problems with Totalsports in the past that I had let go of. I only have an account with them and feel that Im going to cancel it and get an Edgars account because of their incompetency!!!
