On the 07 february 2013 I went to identity store in Germiston to pay of the balance on my account, I again went to the store 21 february and I made a purchase of R280 something, I didn't check the receipt then up until I got 2 work and when I check my balance it said R780 something. I called their head office because the last time I checked the balance was zero. They told me that after I paid off the account I went back on the 14 february and bought some things worth R586 something which I never did. I went to the store and requested the proof of purchase that they say I made on the 14 feb. When I check de receipt the signature is not mine. I asked how come someone can use my card and they didn't even see, and my card is signed at the back. I faxed them an affidavit, I'd, copy of card and the receipt from the 14feb. On the 13 march I received a call from julio and he said I'm liable to pay because I still have my card with me so they won't be able to right-off the amount. I paid my account so well, I'm so disappointed by the service I'm getting from identity. I'm going 2 close this account because its not safe.
