I won a gift card in a competition late last year. There was a letter we received with the card giving us an sms number to use to check the card balance. I have called the Head Office and was told to look for a number on the back of the card and call them. I asked for the sms number to check the balance and gottold they dont know the number. Please can someone assist me with the number to check the balance on my gift card.
