I went into foschini fourways as usual every month to pay my account, i got told to may R1000 odd which i queried and said i didn't even have a balance for that amount, my last payment in december had my balance at R130 odd rand that was my last balance. The consultant pulled out a slip whereby my balance was R12000-00??? it seems it was purchases in cpt where i do not even reside! i want this matter attended to and someone to call me from management, we called headoffice from store and i was told you picked this up and blocked my card, why did nooone call me? i had to find out today upon making payment! you should have signature and print of card on these purchases these are clearely not mine, how can this happen if the card is in my possession, how can someone else make purchases without my card when i know you take print copies of card??? your security standards are not uptodate and i will be closing my account if this causes any itc listing, my redcord is clean and if foschini's problems inconvenience me you will be taken to court, please clear this off my account with you immediatley, my balance with you should be R100-00 ODD RAND!!!
