Lounge Suite Collapsing

On the 20 Dec 2005 we purchased 2 x Idaho Couches from House and Home Pavillion. With the purchase we were given a warranty card stating that the Frame & Frame Components carried a factory warranty which extends to cover the product and manufacturing for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase. The Furniture manufacturers were Designer Lounge (Pty) Ltd. After unsuccessfully trying to locate the manufacturers when my couch first collapsed last year in April I contacted Shoprite who said they would send someone who would be able to repair it for me under the warranty. Well since then it has collapsed again in Dec 2012 and was repaired and returned to me and less than two weeks later it collapsed for a third time. This morning I advised that I would give them until 3.00 pm to respond to which no one has. I am now sick and tired of this couch collapsing continuously and being without the couch for up to a week while it is repaired.
