I purchased a lounge suite on 29-09-2010. The one couch was not stable. The couch was returned for repair. Since then, the couch has been in for repairs 3 times. It's peeling, upon purchase, I was thought to be buying a real leather couch and it seems like a vinyl. Geen & Richards said that it's chemicals that I've used on it. How is it possible that only 1 couch piece has this problem? The service that I've received is unacceptable! I've returned the set and to them and was quoted R9000 for the repairs. I refuse to pay this amount when the couch was faulty from the beginning, it should have been replaced, not repaired!!!
