I have been with edgars for years now and so has my phone insurance. I have always told everyone about your exceptional serice. Thus my big dissapointment in my current service with you. I took my phone in last week thursday morning at 09h00. I have two babies and it is difficult for me to be without a phone as I can not communicate with the creche, nor will I be able to call someone should something happen at night. I spoke to Thabo on Monday, who said he will give me feedback today. I have not heard from him and when I phoned the store on 014 592 8201 they said he was off. So I called edgars finacial services on 0860 346 748 only to be informed that they have not yet received the phone. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK!! The edgars store also informed me that it now takes 6 weeks and not the usual 2 weeks. I am so dissapointed in the service I am getting. Especially because I am used to much better service from you! :-(
