We bought a leather "L" shaped couch in 2010. A week after delivery, I phoned the branch and told them we need some extra support in the couch because for the length of the couch had only 4 legs per section and there is only 2 sections. They came to fetch the one piece of the couch and they put in an extra leg. Now in 2013, that piece they "repaired" has collapsed as well as the other piece of the "L" couch has collapsed and the springs are punching through the bottom of the couch onto the floor and the seats are sunken in and the leather (sold to us as leather) is pealing and we have no animals. We paid for a leather treatment as well as applying a leather treatment once a year as prescribed and it still pealing.
We paid a lot of money for the lounge suite and are discussed in how short a life span its had and we will have to look for a new lounge suite as this one is almost unusable.
