I have complained internally to Coricraft regarding 1 issue that to date remains unresolved. I paid for scotch gaurding on 2 sofas. Shortly thereafter, it was apparent that they were not scotchgaurded. I wrote to servicing requesting assistance and was told that the certificates prove it was done. Finally, Coricraft sent someone to test whether it was or not, and he showed that it was NOT and that I would be contacted to resolve the matter. Not done. The supplier arranged to rectify this never showed up - despite me taking off from work. After much deliberation I was told that they are not making use of that supplier anymore, but despite my follow-ups and despite my further complaints to address this, I am being ignored and to date, I have paid R3000 for a product/service that was never given to me. There's no single person to blame here. I have spoken to many individuals. It's the whole operation that needs to be checked here.
It's absolutely pathetic to have to go on like this. I must also have wasted about R300, 400 rand trying to follow-up because there is no follow up from them, not to mention the time and effort involved.
