I requested a return via the Zando website a week ago. 7 days later - no pick up was arranged from Zando's side. action taken and management is rude, and make as if they will do the best.
when the request was done last week i was told 4 days to collect - not 7 days. why wasn't the collectoin arranged by zando as promised. and how i have wait and follow up why THEY are not doing their work and why Zando's website does not work all excused and "general we apologise" for not meeting our so called promises!! its truely disguishing..
and taking up to 8 hours to work on a complaint??? what is so GOOD ABOUT DEALING WITH ZANDO???
I except this to be sorted within 48 hours!!! no excuses or poor feedback or rude management will be tolorate!!!
