After the report I wrote (https:///dj-mix-club/complaints/dj-mix-club-are-major--beware-970148) I was quickly and efficiently helped by DJ Mix Club as to my refund. I believe the problem was not with DJ Mix Club itself but with the driver doing the refunds. I was assured that the matter has been looked into.
They also offered me a gift as compensation for my inconvenience. It's nice to see a business going the extra mile.
