This last few days have been a complete nightmare.
I phone the call centre numerous time regarding delivery of my Ipad, and they keep telling me that they have not receive my order. I then phone FNB who tell me they have send my order and requested for urgent delivery.
I can't seem to find out what is happening with my delivery. this is terrible service. if been calling everyday since the 27th of Feb, still no Ipad or answer.
FNB stated they have received a replacement divice Yesterday afternoon, but still you claim nothing was received.
