Saturday morning, just before 11am, busy shop. I was looking for an iPhone charger in the audio visual section. I was looking into a locked cabinet with the items inside, waiting for a sales assistant to help me. There were five Makro people in yellow shirts at the end of the aisle laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Two were even facing me and couldn't have failed to see me standing there, but for at least 5 minutes, not one of them made ANY effort to help ANY customer.
I called to the group, and signaled that I wanted someone to open up he cabinet. With a sneer and seriously bad attitude a woman shuffled over slowly and disinterestedly. She clearly felt annoyed that I had ruined her chit chat with her colleagues...
This is very unprofessional and leaves a poor impression about the company.
