On the 1st of January 2014 I went to Game to have a look at a few desks. I saw no staff members or managers on the floors helping customers, instead i counted 4-6 staff members sitting at the Audio Visual section having a ball of a time playing X Box in a store that was quite busy, all recognized by their uniforms. I went up to the guy whom I presume was a manager or a supervisor and asked him can i have someone to help me and he called someone and they came. I showed the desk I was interested in and wanted white, he went and looked but returned and said they had no white ones so I said I will take a black one instead, presuming that he will fetch one as there were none on the shelves. He then returned to go chat with other colleagues, and I called him again and asked him again please go and fetch it again which he only did then. This is pathetic pathetic customer service Game Stores, and exceptional unprofessional service and view seeing staff members keeping themselves busy with X box. I have been shopping at Game for years, and it was the worst service I have ever received!
