I bought tv unit/cabinet from makro which was little bit damaged on front moving door, only realised after opening the box then after two weeks went to makro and explained them the situation so they told me to bring it back which is not ideal since it was heavy and it wont fit in the car after assembling. After the discussion one of the team lead/manger she told she is going to send some to replace that part this two weeks now no one contacted me yet so far i dont understand why do makro trying to do this false promises, now i am asking to please replace or take it return from my premises as i dont want scratchy tv unit after paying close 2k rands.
